Quotes and project agreements
Sending an inquiry, including through WhatsApp, does not place an order or create a service contract. Scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, deadlines, revisions, support and cancellation terms must be agreed in writing for each project before work starts.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate project information and obtain permission to use any content or materials you supply. Timely feedback, approvals and access may be necessary to meet agreed deadlines.
Intellectual property and AI tools
Website content and branding belong to Mande Media or their respective rights holders. Do not reuse them without permission or another lawful basis. Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables are set out in the project agreement. We may use AI tools alongside human review; project-specific restrictions should be agreed in writing.

Links to WhatsApp, social networks and other services lead to independently operated websites subject to their own terms and privacy practices. The contact form opens WhatsApp with your entered details; you review and send the message there. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Availability and responsibility
