Can I use Smart Taxi Booking on my WordPress site?+
Yes. The plugin is designed for WordPress and offers a booking shortcode and iframe embedding options. Check hosting and integration requirements before installing.
Does it calculate fares automatically?+
It can calculate route-based fares using configured rules and Google Maps routing APIs. API activation, billing and valid keys are required.
Can customers pay online?+
Mollie hosted checkout is supported when configured. Cash and card-terminal-on-arrival options are also available when enabled.
Can I manage drivers and their bookings?+
Yes. Administrators manage bookings, assignments, calendars and reports; drivers can access their own assigned bookings in a dedicated dashboard and calendar.
Does it support WhatsApp notifications?+
Yes, through the WhatsApp Cloud API with an approved message template and customer opt-in. Delivery depends on external provider configuration.
