Before you purchase
Can I host the system on my own server?+
No. Smart Taxi Booking is offered as a managed service hosted by Mande Media. We do not distribute the plugin or theme packages.
Does it calculate fares automatically?+
It can calculate route-based fares using configured rules and Google Maps routing APIs. API activation, billing and valid keys are required.
Can I manage drivers and their bookings?+
Yes. Administrators manage bookings, assignments, calendars and reports; drivers can access their own assigned bookings in a dedicated dashboard and calendar.
Do I need WordPress technical knowledge?+
No. Mande Media handles installation, hosting, backups and technical maintenance. You manage bookings, vehicles, fares, customers and drivers.
